Returns & Replacements
Our Return Policy
Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, we'll send a replacement automatically — no questions asked. Contact us at support@elytepeptides.com with a photo of the damage and your order number.
Within 5 Business Days
Unopened and unused items may be returned within 5 business days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original, sealed packaging.
After 5 Business Days
After the 5-day return window, we offer exchanges only for undamaged and unused items. Opened, used, or damaged products are not eligible for exchange.
